COURSE DESCRIPTION
The National Certificate in Automotive Mechanics course is designed to provide trainees with the basic and fundamental knowledge and skills required for automotive service, maintenance, and repair. The course emphasizes the core requirements of a well-trained automotive mechanic, as stipulated by the automotive curriculum of the National Curriculum Development Centre.
The course also stresses the major elements of a Health and Safety Management System, helping trainees exhibit improved OHSE awareness and understand the best safety practices while at work.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the National Certificate in Automotive Mechanics course, trainees will be awarded a certificate that indicates they have acquired the necessary competences to be an automotive mechanic. The certificate is in line with the requirements stipulated in the automotive curriculum of the National Curriculum Development Centre.
