SIX-MONTHS SHORT COURSE TRAINING
The six-month short courses is supported by the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in partnership with Korean Chamber of Conference and Industry (KCCI) and Ministry of Education & Sports (MoES) In Uganda.

National Certificate Programs: These typically offer one intake per year, which is commonly in February. This means that students can apply and enroll in these programs once a year, at the beginning of the academic year.
Short Courses: Short courses often have more frequent intakes compared to longer programs. In your case, short courses offer two intakes per year. This means that students can typically enroll in short courses twice a year, which could be in various months depending on the institution’s schedule.
Government sponsorship is available for students excelling in P.L.E and U.C.E exams. To secure it, applicants must submit before the selection period. Selections, randomly based on academic performance, occur in February following U.C.E results.

- Await further instructions regarding the collection of your Admission Letter. The Registrar’s Office will contact you with the specific date for collection.
